MAINTENANCE

New! Heating and Cooling, LLC offers a Club Membership for yearly maintenance services to ensure your heating and cooling equipment is running as smoothly as possible. Not interested in a membership? No problem. We also offer maintenance work as needed, just call and set up a cleaning today! Club Membership is $249/year and offers two visits per year (one heat, one cool), VIP scheduling (we call you), guaranteed service within 24 hours, no cost service evaluation charge (with recommended repair completed), waived after hour/emergency/holiday service fees and 20% off any heating & cooling repair. $89 per additional in-home systems.

REPAIR

Having issues with your current unit? Our technicians are specialized in pinpointing any problems with your unit, as well as repairing them as quickly as possible. Our knowledge on repairs is vast and includes the most up to date practice to ensure you and your family don’t experience breakdowns, emergencies, and equipment failures. All repairs come with a two year part and labor warranty to guarantee the investment you made holds up efficiently.
